For the primary marketing website (hoarightaway.com), HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC acts as the Data Controller. For individual community association portals (e.g., [community].hoarightaway.com), the respective HOA or Community Association acts as the Data Controller, and HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC acts as a Data Processor operating strictly on the association's behalf. All property records, dues balances, and association logs remain the exclusive property of the client HOA.

2. Information Collected on This Website

If you complete our contact or sales inquiry forms, we collect your name, community association name, email address, phone number, and message content. This information is used solely to reply to your inquiry, evaluate potential service agreements, and provide technical support. Inquiry submissions are transmitted securely via email through our service provider, Resend, and are never shared with third-party marketers.

3. Information Collected via Resident Portals

Each association's portal is dedicated to that specific community. The association's board or property management decides what records are maintained (e.g., lot details, assessment/dues ledgers, violation tracking, maintenance work orders, architectural review requests, and amenity reservations). HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC processes this information strictly to provide and maintain the software service.

4. Signing In with Google or Facebook (OAuth / SSO)

Portals allow authentication via Google or Facebook account credentials. When you sign in using these services, we receive basic authentication metadata: your name, primary email address, unique account identifier, and (from Facebook) your public profile picture URL. This data is used exclusively to create, authenticate, and secure your account and match it to your designated property lot. We do not read, request, or access your contacts, posts, files, or any other data from Google or Facebook.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with infrastructure vendors strictly to operate our platform under contractually required confidentiality and security standards:

• Hosting & Edge Delivery: Vercel Inc.
• Database, Authentication, & Storage: Supabase Inc.
• Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc. (Full credit card and banking credentials are submitted directly to Stripe; HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC never sees or stores full payment card numbers).
• Transactional Email: Resend, Inc.

6. Google OAuth Limited Use Compliance & Data Sharing

HOA RIGHT AWAY's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Personal data obtained through Google or Facebook SSO is never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the core user-facing functionality of the application, comply with applicable law, or as part of a corporate merger or acquisition.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain portal data for as long as the underlying community association maintains an active service contract with HOA RIGHT AWAY LLC, or until an individual account deletion request is processed. Upon termination of an association agreement, portal databases are retained for 30 days to facilitate final data exports before being permanently purged. Individual account deletion requests can be initiated via your portal's Data Deletion page or by contacting support@hoarightaway.com.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential authentication cookies to maintain active session state and security. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics scripts.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

HOA RIGHT AWAY services are intended exclusively for adult homeowners, residents, and authorized board members (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

10. Your Rights & State Privacy Disclosures
